Who We Are


Eliza Berse…

is a jack of all trades. She got her start managing rising NYC talent like Gabriel Garzón-Montano and Quincy Vidal (Rosehardt & Le’Asha Julius). Talent buying, event production and management was a natural progression, allowing her to work with a variety of icons like Wyclef Jean, Grandmaster Flash, Sheila E., The Jacksons, Slick Rick, and Kool & the Gang and in some of NYC’s most legendary venues, including Blue Note NYC, B.B. King Blues Club, Highline Ballroom, and Brooklyn Bowl. She has worked for talent agencies, labels, venues, artists, production companies and is now growing her own roster of talent, stay tuned!



Lilly Torres…

…has over 10 years experience in the music industry and is a lifetime lover of music with a focus in hip-hop and R&B. Her resume includes work at Def Jam, Hot 97, Mophonics Publishing, Electric Lady Studios, artist consulting, and most recently, A&R Coordinator at 5Towns Records. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Arts Management at SUNY Purchase College and her Master’s Degree in Music Business from New York University.

Vira Byramji…

…is an audio engineer, specializing in studio recording and mixing. Vira’s entrance into the industry was through the legendary Electric Lady Studios in Greenwich Village, NYC, where she was the assistant manager and a staff engineer. There, she worked with high profile clients such as Patti Smith, Paul Banks, David Gahan (of Depeche Mode) and various HBO series. Since becoming a freelancer, she has had the honor of continuing her engineering career with Roger Waters, Father John Misty, Jackson Browne, and Tamar-Kali (composer of Mud Bound and Come Sunday soundtracks) as well as a host of up-and-coming talent in NYC and LA.
